A VM is not reachable under its new IPv4 address if it is attached after VM creation

Issue: IPv4 addresses are only automatically added to the VM during the creation-request. Once a VM is running, automatic attachment is not possible anymore.

Workaround: You may manually update the internal configuration to use the newly attached IP address. See Attach (private) IPv4 address to a running VM article for detailed information.
