Should you have any questions or run into problems that you cannot solve on your own, don’t hesitate to reach out to cloud-support@taigacloud.com. There is also a service desk portal where you can directly create a ticket to address your problem. We are more than happy to help you!

NOTE: The Taiga Cloud Support team is available on Mondays – Fridays between 09:00 and 18:00 CET with the exception of public holidays!

Escalation

If your problem could not be solved within two weeks or you are unsatisfied with our services, please reach out to cloud-support@taigacloud.com and include [Escalation] in the email subject. We will prioritize your request and do our best to come to a solution for you!
