Reboot time for VMs equipped with NVSwitches is up to 50% higher than for VMs without NVSwitches

Issue: After creating an A100.8GPU virtual machine with NVLink support, it takes significantly more time to boot the machine compared to a VM without NVSwitches.

Workaround:

• There is currently no workaround. We are investigating this issue and aim to release an improvement soon.
