Add a user account

Adding users to a tenant can currently only be done by the Taiga Cloud Support Team. Please submit a request to our support team via cloud-support@taigacloud.com and provide the following information:

  • Name of tenant / Tenant UUID

  • E-Mail address, Name and Surname of the user

  • A short statement for the request

Delete a user account

Removing users from a tenant can only be done by the Taiga Cloud Support Team. Please send the same information as in the above request to our support team via cloud-support@taigacloud.com.

Once the user account is deleted, you will receive a notification.

NOTE: Removing users does not interfere with running workloads or resource consumption. The workloads and resources are bound to the tenant only, i.e., they won’t be deleted if the user who created them is deleted!

Using Okta

All user account information are managed by our identity provider Okta. Users receive an Email with an account activation link to setup their Okta account as soon as they have been added to their tenant.

The account activation link expires after 7 days. Once completed, users will be able to log in with their account via the following link: https://login.northerndata.de.

Account settings, such as personal information, password and the security image can be changed there. The official Okta documentation is available here, feel free to contact cloud-support@taigacloud.com if questions require assistance.
