VMs with the Ubuntu 22.04 LTS image are not reachable via IPv4

Issue: Due to some network parameters in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, connecting to VMs running this image via IPv4 throws a timeout.

Workaround: Reach out to cloud-support@taigacloud.com and we will send you a new cloud-init network config!
