Receiving your tenant and user account

Tenants are the highest-level organizing groups on our platform and allow multiple users to access and commission virtual machines. Only assigned users can create VMs and their required components.

Your tenant is initialized shortly before the start of our services. You will receive an e-mail from our identity provider (Okta) to setup your first user account. Additional user accounts can be created upon request via cloud-support@taigacloud.com. You can find more details about adding users to an existing tenant in User management.

Tenant deletion

To permanently delete your tenant and all it’s accompanying data, please submit a deletion request with our support team via cloud-support@taigacloud.com.
Please provide the tenant name in your deletion request. You can find the tenant name either in theGET /info API call or in our welcome e-mail.

NOTE: Tenant deletion is irreversible and will delete all of your resources!
