How can resolve instance that are stuck during reboot?

Unfortunately it can happen that an instance might get stuck somewhere during reboot and you as a customer might have not chance of helping yourself.
In this case, please open a support ticket with as, was we  don't monitor the status of our customers instances. This not only allows us to help you quickly but also investigate any root causes issues that might have lead to this.
